TAC Physiotherapy
Being involved in a motor vehicle accident can result in serious injuries that can last for months and years after the accident.
Patients who have been injured in a road/transport accident may be entitled to physiotherapy treatment paid for by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). You can commence physiotherapy immediately after your accident, but it is advisable to maintain all receipts for future reimbursement purposes.
If your claim is approved you will be provided with a claim number which will allow you to commence fully funded physiotherapy sessions.

FAQs:
1. How do I make a TAC claim?
A TAC claim is an insurance claim you can make if you are injured in a transport accident. TAC Victoria understands that this is a difficult time, and you may not feel like doing any paperwork, however if you can save as many details about your accident as you can, this will help with your claim. To make the TAC claim, you can use an online lodgement form or call TAC Victoria. You have 12 months to lodge a claim from the date of your accident, or the date an injury from the accident first became evident. If the claim is accepted, you will receive a TAC claim number that you provide to us when you book an appointment.
